Hawk Tail's Story, which took flight in 2018, is one of connection, creativity and circumstance. The right conversation at the right time. The same passion for providing an authentic and memorable experience in everything we produce.
Locally Owned + Operated
As a locally owned and operated brewery we strive to create traditional and refreshing beers as timeless as the agriculture that produces our grains and the environment it thrives in. Quality local ingredients and small batch production are our focus.
In addition to our balanced and down-to-earth line of craft beers we have designed a bright, inviting and cozy taproom experience that provides the perfect backdrop to get lost in conversation, or reminisce with friends and family. We utilize wood, stone, and natural building materials to set a relaxing and authentic taproom mood.
